Informational service

Results compare your answers with reviewed information about typical cat breed tendencies. They are not guarantees, veterinary advice, medical advice, or a substitute for meeting and assessing an individual cat with qualified care professionals.

Purchases and delivery

A purchase provides access to one personalized digital report for the price shown at checkout. Creem processes the payment and acts as Merchant of Record or payment seller where applicable. Creem does not create, review, or assume responsibility for the report content.

Refunds

Purchases are covered by our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Responsible use

Do not bypass report access controls, misuse secure links, disrupt the service, or use automated access in a way that harms the service or other visitors. You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting links or sessions that grant access to your report.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. We may update the service or these terms as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will identify the current version.
