How to request a refund
Email support@bestcatforme.com within seven calendar days of purchase. Please contact us from the email used for the purchase when possible so we can locate it securely.
What the guarantee covers
The guarantee includes ordinary refund requests made within the seven-day period, duplicate charges, and verified report access or delivery failures. We may ask for limited information needed to locate and validate the transaction, but you should never email passwords or secure report links.
Processing
Creem acts as Merchant of Record or payment seller where applicable and may process the refund back to the original payment method. Processing time after approval can depend on the payment provider and financial institution. Creem does not assume responsibility for the report content.
Consumer rights
This guarantee does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you; those rights remain unaffected.
